ROMA - Il consiglio di Stato ha accolto il ricorso presentato dalla lista Alternativa Sociale di Alessandra Mussolini contro la decisione del Tar del Lazio di non ammetterla alle prossime elezioni regionali.
Secondo il Consiglio di Stato ''i pubblici ufficiali che hanno autenticato le firme hanno attestato, tra l'altro, di avere identificato i sottoscrittori mediante i documenti di identita' personale segnati a margine di ciascun nominativo, e che di tale dichiarazione, facente fede, non e' stata accertata la falsita' nei modi previsti dalla legge''.
Inoltre, il collegio ha considerato ''che la legislazione in materia elettorale non prevede un potere specifico di revoca dell'ammissione delle liste e che, pertanto, il provvedimento impugnato costituisce esercizio di poteri di annullamento''. Lo stesso collegio ritiene che, ''a prescindere dall'applicazione dell'art.7 della legge 7 agosto 1990 n.241, e' comunque indispensabile instaurare un contraddittorio con la parte attuale appellante, in ordine ai fatti che hanno determinato la revoca dell'ammissione delle liste''.

L'unica stronzata commessa da Storace (sempre che sia lui il mandante) è di non essersi autodenunciato. Secondo me, se lo ha fatto, ha fatto benissimo ad entrare in quegli archivi, perchè era l'UNICO modo di conseguire le prove dell'illegalità. Fra i due episodi:
a) raccolta di firme false da parte dei sodali della Mussolini e conseguente illegalità del voto/alterazione dei risultati, alterazione del risultato POLITICO globale delle regionali;
b) accesso "indebito" agli archivi per "dimostrare" la truffa carte alla mano come unico sistema per scongiurare il caso a),
non esiste proporzione.
Il caso Mussolini sarebbe (stato?) perfetto per rendere di dominio pubblico, finalmente, uno (solo uno, ma di importanza fondamentale, perchè attiene ai procedimenti elettorali che sono alla base della nostra democrazia) degli innumerevoli aspetti del Caso Italia, che dopo quello che sta succedendo proporrei di definire piuttosto "Casino Italia". Storace non ha colto l'occasione: autodenunciandosi, avrebbe scoperchiato una pentola in cui, andando a ben vedere, avremmo trovato di tutto e di tutti.
Ma questo non riduce, semmai amplifica, le responsabilità della Mussolini, e della sinistra, che come un pesce in barile osserva gli eventi sfruttando la situazione a fini elettorali. Quello che ha deciso il Consiglio di Stato è che NON E' POSSIBILE EVITARE LE TRUFFE, cioè è ISTIGAZIONE A DELINQUERE per il futuro. Se a nessuno è dato (se non violando gli archivi anagrafici, come avrebbe fatto Storace) portare le prove della truffa, la truffa diviene, ipso facto, legalizzata: ecco come il Caso Italia diviene Casino, casa di "tolleranza", appunto.
Mi verrebbe da ridere se non ci fosse da piangere.
Questa storia delle "firme" apposte davanti al pubblico uffuìiciale è una stronzata madornale: chiunque può fare il cazzo che gli pare e nessuno, ora è evidente, può farci niente. Se lo si volesse, basterebbe un niente per evitare questo puttanaio: un codice segreto inviato a tutti gli elettori che, insieme agli estremi del documento, serva a identificare e garantire la volontà dell'elettore. Ma naturalmente nessuno ne parla, nessuno lo propone. Per non parlare del voto elettronico, anche su questo.
