Siccome dalla parti del Parlamento stentano parecchio a mettere insieme una legge sul testamento biologico degna di questo nome, noi dell'Associazione Coscioni abbiamo avuto l'alzata d'ingegno di fare in modo che siano le amministrazioni locali, e quindi in primo luogo i Comuni, a istituire dei registri pubblici in cui annotare le dichiarazioni anticipate di volontà delle persone.
A tale scopo abbiamo messo a punto una bozza di delibera comunale: per cui se anche voi, come presumo, non ne potete più di aspettare, scaricate il documento a questo link e presentatevi dal vostro Sindaco, o da un consigliere comunale che conoscete, chiedendo che la delibera venga messa in votazione al Consiglio Comunale.
Nel malaugurato caso in cui i consiglieri comunali e il Sindaco facessero orecchie da mercante (succede), non datevi per vinti: potrete raccogliere le firme per trasformare la bozza in una delibera di iniziativa popolare, e a quel punto i vostri eroi dovranno metterla in votazione per forza; siccome il numero di firme necessarie varia da Comune a Comune, dovrete prima prendervi la briga di informarvi, tenendo conto che l'Associazione Luca Coscioni vi darà una mano in ogni modo possibile.
