1 ) le mafie italiane ( Cosa Nostra siciliana, Camorra, ' Ndrangheta calabrese ) possiedono migliaia di medie e piccole aziende, che, benchè facciano apparentemente parte dell' economia legale, plausibilmente non vengono gestite in maniera adamantina....
2 ) queste organizzazioni usano queste loro aziende per riciclare gran parte del loro surplus finanziario.

queste aziende hanno una propensione maggiore delle altre a spostare illegalmente fondi all' estero perchè, nel loro caso, non si tratta soltando di evadere le tasse ma anche di ripulire soldi che scottano.
Ecco dunque che alla prima occasione faranno rientrare tali capitali di cui non dovranno neanche documentare la provenienza. Nel momento in cui questi capitali rientrano non solo sono completamente puliti ma anche, considerate le particolari condizioni di questo scudo fiscale, immuni da eventuali indagini della magistratura o delle forze dell' ordine. Mi sembrava semplice...certo a condizione che uno guardi le cose senza pregiudizi di parte.

Meno male che alla fine riconosci che l'uso del decreto è dare capitali freschi alle imprese che ci possono fare solo due cose: ripianare perdite, fare investimenti. Sono tutte e due cose buone e utili principalmente per i dipedenti e i disoccupati.
I pregiudizi sono tuoi che confondi proprietà ed azienda, forse non sai o dimentichi che dietro la rivoluzione industriale c'era la criminalità e come Bacci ti ricorda ormai sono soggetti imprenditoriali e non è una cattiva evoluzione. I pregiudizi sono quelli che classificano in modo non oggettivo.
Per il controllo della malavita non cambia nulla, semmai il rientro di capitale agevola anche se condona i conti dell'azienda in modo tombale perchè le indagini per mafia non partono dai bilanci ma dalla vita dei soci e quella non è coperta dallo scudo. Se usi le aziende per ripulire il denaro se le capitalizzi sei cretino, casomai il contrario, ma che senso ha creare aziende con tutto il casino che comporta quando con denaro vagamente pulito posso comprare parti di aziende che altri più capaci dirigono.
La questione è che capitali freschi darebbero un grande vantaggio alla nostra economia che ne è povera in modo impressionante e la sinistra non vuole che ciò accada. Trae la sua forza dal malessere e combatte con pregiudizi e falsità tutto quello che può dare sollievo alla povera gente, ogni analisi obbiettiva è sempre arrivata a questo risultato.
